Enhanced Learning Management System (ELMS) was developed solely under Boeing funds and as such, remains exclusively Boeing Software and may not be modified in whole or in part from its original published state. This program may not be reproduced without permission of Boeing Training Systems and Government Services Digital Learning IPT. No source code will be furnished. This license agreement prohibits the licensee from decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering or otherwise reducing the software to a human-perceivable form. This program is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This software will remain property of The Boeing Company even after the contract in which it is used ends. Subsequently, when that contract ends, Boeing shall provide all student records to the customer in the form of a text file (.txt) prior to removing the Boeing software from the customer 's servers.
